Flourish Skin Therapy Service Policies

ARRIVAL TIME
Please wait in your car and text me at 804.536.0916 upon your arrival and I will text you when to come inside. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

ILLNESS
Please notify me immediately of any symptoms of illness well before your actual appointment time so we can get you rescheduled. I cannot treat clients that are currently sick even if it is just a cold.

HEALTH HISTORY OR MEDICATION CHANGES
It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health history or medications/supplements being taken as this may affect your treatment. If you are currently taking Prednisone, Antibiotics, or Accutane please let me know ahead of time as we will need to get your rescheduled.

NO GUESTS/CHILDREN
To ensure you have a relaxing visit, please make arrangements for children so I may provide you with a safe and focused service. No guests are allowed unless a parent/guardian is accompanying an underage client for a treatment.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT/NO-SHOWS
As a courtesy to our other guests and our service providers, please notify Flourish 48-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients with late cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total and No-Shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled service total which must be paid upon receipt. If a client no shows they will then have to keep a valid credit card on file before being able to book another appointment.

PACKAGES AND GIFT CARDS
A package of services as well as gift cards are only valid for one year from the purchase date. No exceptions.

REFUNDS
All sales are final. The only exception is if you have an allergic reaction
from a product within TWO weeks of purchasing and using it. You must reach out to Flourish immediately, provide a thorough description with photos of the allergic reaction, fill out a reaction form that Flourish will provide, and the product has to be at least 20% full and returned to receive a refund.
